THRESHOLD

Our endurance class is a focused workout designed to build stamina, improve cardiovascular fitness, and enhance muscular endurance. It typically involves sustained, repetitive exercises such as running, cycling, rowing, sleds or bodyweight circuits performed at moderate to high intensity over extended periods. TRIPLE B

Wrap up the week with our staple Beers, Bangers & Barbells Friday 5pm session. Triple B is all about good vibes, great company, pumpin music and an awesome workout. A chance to train alongside the coaches, shake off the stress of the week by having a good old bro sesh & crack open a cold one if you wish. No pressure, just fun, smiles and a solid start to your weekend.

LOAD

Our LOAD class is a focused session designed to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall physical strength. The class typically incorporates Olympic weightlifting, strength training using weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses.

SYNERGIZE

 Experience the energy of group-based fitness! Combine strength and cardio exercises in a motivating team environment where everyone works hard and supports each other. SYNERGIZE is everything we stand for, where two or more team mates come together to achieve something greater than they could alone. It's a strong favourite here at SYNERGY.

PACE

Welcome to the SYNERGY Running Club where community, performance and passion collide. Whether you're chasing your personal bests or just lacing up for fun our club is built for runners of all levels. We meet twice weekly on Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 7am for structured runs that push limits and build lasting camaraderie. Join in the fun, find your PACE and run with purpose.
